Ura Matsuri brings an alternative Japanese community-festival spirit to Oxford for an evening of live music, comedy, dance, cabaret and storytelling. Frank Chickens headline, with Enka singer Akari Mochizuki and shamisen player Hibiki Ichikawa, Benshi film storyteller Tomoko Komura, Yokoleles, May Kway and host Japan-A-Gran.
